What is the last date I can request responses to audit questions from Pulley?
We will respond to audit questions until October 16, 2026. After this point, all audits will be forwarded to Carta.
What is the last date I can request a new 409a valuation through Pulley?
We will accept any new requests until November 6, 2026. Please note that your request must be complete by that time. If you are missing any information on or after November 6th, we will cancel your request even if it was initiated by the deadline.
What is the last date I can send Pulley valuations team missing information needed to deliver a draft valuation?
You have until November 6th to send Pulley any missing or requested information, otherwise the valuation request will be cancelled.
I have already signed a contract with Carta, can I still request a new 409a through Pulley?
No. All requests for new 409a valuations must be directed to Carta once your Carta contract is signed.
I have already signed a contract with Carta, and my 409a request with Pulley is on hold due to missing information or a draft has not been delivered. Will Pulley complete my 409a?
No. You will need to request a new 409a with Carta.
What is the last date I can request changes to my draft 409a?
We will accept requests to make changes to a draft 409a until November 20, 2026.
I have already signed a contract with Carta, but my draft 409a was delivered by Pulley. Can I still request changes through Pulley?
Yes. You have until November 20, 2026 to request changes for an in-progress 409a that was drafted by Pulley.
What is the last date I can accept my draft 409a to finalize the engagement?
You have until November 30, 2026 to accept your 409a.
